Our Yarrow and lemon balm tincture is beneficial in reducing menstrual cramps, heavy bleeding, general fatigue, pain, and mood swings associated with PMS! I personally use this tincture for heavy period days when I'm teaching and not confident that I can run to the restroom to "change." Our herbal tea contains ginger, hibiscus, red raspberry leaf, rose hips, rose petals, green tea leaves, and orange oil. These herbals contain anti inflammatory properties, are full of vitamin C, and help reduce menstrual cramps, heavy flow, and help with iron absorption. (12 bags)
Each bag is potent enough for either 2 8oz cups of water or 1 16oz cup of water. I recommend 1-2 bags daily while on your cycle. If you’re using the loose-leaf tea option, I recommend filling the bags with 2 heaping teaspoons! Enjoy the tea 1-2 days before and during your period.
Dosage for tincture: Take 15-20 drops up to 3x daily. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking blood thinners on a daily regimen. Also, yarrow is extremely bitter. I recommend dropping it into your tea or something enjoyable.
